Online Application for the PNP Exam

The Online Examination Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) will be implemented from Feb. 1 to 13, National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Regional Director Manuel Pontanal said. As the Philippine National Police (PNP) Entrance and Promotional Examinations scheduled on April 29.
OLEASS requires an applicant to secure first a scheduled appointment online before going personally to the regional office. Applicants who fail to come on the date shall forfeit the examination slot. Take note that walk-in applicants without the confirmed scheduled appointment will not be entertained.
Applicants shall utilize the on-line system to request the Regional Office for their schedule on the filing of examination application. Applicants will personally appear at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the date assigned to them, with their printed on-line confirmation letter and other required documents, for further evaluation.

PERIOD OF FILING OF APPLICATION: February 14 – March 16, 2012

The PNP entrance test is open to civilians who are Bachelor’s Degree holders, not more than 30 years old, 1.62 meters tall for male and 1.57 meters for female.
The exam is a requirement for PNP officers with temporary status as Police Officer I and who wishes to have their appointment permanent.
The promotional exam is open to all uniformed personnel such as Police Officers, Senior Police Officers, Police Inspectors and Police Superintendents.
Civilian applicants must bring one legal-sized envelope, one mailing stamp worth P9.00, diploma, transcript of records and birth certificate.
Those PNP officers with temporary appointments should submit a certified true copy of Attested Appointment and Plantilla Appointment or Special Order. The name tag should indicate the ranks before the first, middle and last names.

hindi naman cguro lugi ang goverment nyan diba? marami naman tao ang taga napolcom na mag ayos, bka pwede niyo po ma extend… marami pa po kc hindi nbigyan ng confirmation, till now nag aantay pa sa wala kung maibiGAY BA O HINDI. baka naman pwede ibalik sa dati yung pag submit na pumunta sa opisina ninyo.. marami naman pulis cguro na pwede ninyo e request para maayos ang pila., astlest ma sigurado naman ang lakad kaysa mag antay nlang sa wala.,
busy ang mga pulis sa pg ganap ng kani kanilang tungkulin….gusto mu bang i abandone nla ang kanilng post….security guard ang hanap mu o d kaya baby sitter anu ka bata…
we havent yet received the confirmation from the napolcom after filling up the on line application last feb 11.

I used the online application for napolcom exam a week ago and i haven’t received any confirmation yet. Please nmn po mga Sir, inimplement nyo na rin ung online system, sana nmn po may nagmemaintain ng system to make sure that confirmations are actually sent to those who followed the required flow. Di naman kailangan na policemen ang magmaintain, sayang nmn po yung system kung d rin naman pla gagana ng maayos.

i think palpak ung system ng napolcom bkit kramihan s mga apolicante ndi kaagad nre2cieve ung confirmation khit mtgal clang nagonline apply!!!

this is really not good, they are implementing a new system then they can’t provide the adequate service. what is the reason for that new system if the admistrator of that system or the pnp can hardly able to mentain the process. well, be professional for saying that u can recieve your online confirmation for 24 hours. pls.. always update ur system to avoid delay, and make it sure before implementing the system that it will run successfully. thanks.
