Middle East PRC Special Board Exams on October 2012

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will administer Special Licensure Board Examinations (SPLBE) for professional Overseas Filipino Workers in Middle East on October 2012.

The Middle East Special Board Exams will be conducted for Architects, Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Civil Engineers, Registered Electrical Engineers, Registered Master Electricians, Electronic Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Nurses. The Board Exam dates will be on October 25,26 and 27, 2012 in the following testing centers:

Abu Dhabi, UAE
Doha, Qatar
Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Al-khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

POLO will have to submit the pre-qualified applicants to PRC on or before August 15, 2012. Application forms can be downloaded at www.prc.gov.ph.

OFW-applicants has to submit the accomplished application forms to POLO at Embassies/Consulates on or before September 14,2012, together with these documents:

Basic Documents

Photocopy of Transcript of Records (with or without scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination Purposes Only”)
Photocopy of Valid Passport
4 copies of passport-size pictures

Bring original copies at the exam venues for validation

Board-specific Original Documents

Architects: Accomplished Logbook for Diversified Experience for local experience (certified by mentor-architect) and/or Certificate of Related Work Experience for overseas experience signed by employer for minimum of 3,840 hours. Scanned copies shall be submitted via email to the Board for conditional approval.
Registered Master Electricians: Certificate of experience on prescribed form.
CPA: Certificate of Completion for refresher course if applicable. Repeaters must submit proof of recent exams taken.
Nurses: For First Timers, BSN graduates under CMO No.14 S 2009- Certificate of Undertaking signed by the Dean and Registrar duly notarized; BSN graduates under CMO No. 30 S 2001-Original copy of Summary of Related Learning Experience and original copy of OR-DR cases in new format. For Repeaters, only the Basic Documents.

Remit your payment for exam fees through designated Land Bank of the Philippines Overseas Remittance Offices.
