Nursing Exam Schedule for 2010

While the results of the November 2009 Nursing Licensure Exams are yet to be announced, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) advised that the 2010 nursing board exams were rescheduled as follows:
July 3 – 4, 2010
Deadline of Application
Repeaters: April 14, 2010
First Timers: May 14, 2010
December 12 – 13, 2010
SCHEDULE CHANGED TO December 19-20, 2010

Repeaters: September 8, 2010 September 28, 2010
First Timers: November 8, 2010
As per Commission Resolution No. 2009-537 dated November 13, 2009, the board examination has been moved from June and November to July and December.
The November 2009 NLE results will be posted here anytime soon as the PRC advised it will release the list of passers on the first quarter of this year.

Where can I get a copy of Commission Resolution No. 2009-537?
Also, I managed to download the schedule of 2010 board exams from the prc website and in page 4 (out of 5) it states there that the filing for first timers is on OCTOBER 8, 2010.
So, how to reconcile the two dates?
I’m really hoping its on November 8.
