Results under Philippine National Police (PNP) on August 8, 2009 | 12,362 views

Pursuant to its constitutional mandate to administer and control of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), the Philippine National Police (PNP), will conduct nationwide the entrance examination for the PNP for civilians and promotional examination from Police Officer to Police Superintendent on October 25, 2009.

The PNP entrance examination is open to all Filipino citizens, who possess the height of 1.62 meters for male and 1.57 meters for female, college graduate, not more than 30 years of age.

The promotional examinations are open exclusively to all uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility.

Only duly accomplished application forms with all the required documents filed personally and received by the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Regional Office on or before the deadline for filing shall only be accepted. Application forms and Index Cards can be obtained for free at the NAPOLCOM Office located at 3/F CKY Center, Capistrano-Chavez Sts., Cagayan de Oro City or may be downloaded from the NAPOLCOM website at www.napolcom.gov.ph.

The requirements are as follows: a) An Application Form (NAPOLCOM Form 1-A) and Index Card, duly accomplished by the applicant and four (4) recent and identical 1×1 ID pictures (in color) with white background and complete name tag (indicate rank before first, middle and last names, if PNP member); b) No other fees shall be collected except Police Examination Fees: P400.00 pesos for PNP entrance and Police Officer Exam: P450.00 pesos for Senior Police Officer; P500.00 pesos for Police Inspector and P600.00 pesos for Police Superintendent Exam; c) Two legal-size window envelopes with nine pesos (9.00) worth of mailing stamps; d) Certified True Copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment of PNP Absorption Order; and, e) Report of Rating / Certification issued by the NAPOLCOM Central Office, Civil Service Commission (CSC) Certificate of Eligibility and / or Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board Certificate.

The period of filing is on August 3, 2009 up to September 4, 2009.
